Common Registration Issues & Solutions
Registration can occasionally get stuck due to minor issues. Here are the most common problems and how to fix them:
Not receiving OTP: Check your spam folder. Make sure your mobile number was entered correctly. Wait 5 minutes and try again, or use email verification instead.
Not receiving the email: Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure there are no typos in your email address. If you use Gmail, check the "Promotions" tab.
"Phone number already in use": An account already exists for this number. Please use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page, or contact our support team.
Password not being accepted: Your password must be at least 8 characters and include one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
If none of the above solutions work, email us directly at support@bet577.biz or reach out via live chat. Our support team is available 24 hours a day to help.
